Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and returned with its original product packaging, accessories, and inserts. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items may be tried on indoors, but must not show signs of use, wear, stains, odors, pet hair, damage, missing parts, or alteration.
Items must be returned in new, resalable condition to receive a full refund. If an item is returned used, damaged, missing tags, missing original product packaging, improperly packaged, folded, creased, or otherwise not in its original condition, a restocking, cleaning, or refurbishing fee may be deducted from the refund. The fee will be based on the condition of the returned item and the cost required to restore it to resalable condition.
Returns that are heavily used, damaged, altered, missing major components, permanently creased, or not in resalable condition may be rejected or may receive only a partial refund.
Return Packaging Requirements
Backpacks must be returned in the original shipping box or a box of similar size that allows the backpack to lay flat without being folded, bent, compressed, or crushed.
Please do not fold the backpack for return shipping. Folding or compressing the backpack may cause permanent creases or damage to the structured design. Items returned with creases, deformation, or damage caused by improper packaging may be subject to a restocking, cleaning, or refurbishing fee, or may receive only a partial refund.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once a return label is issued, please ship the item back promptly so your return can be processed.

Return Shipping
For returns due to size, fit, color preference, change of mind, or other personal preference reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the actual cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Varibasics will cover return shipping costs when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Varibasics will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Any applicable return shipping costs, original shipping charges, restocking fees, cleaning fees, or refurbishing fees may be deducted from the refund.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
